- 1953 cover was detached and long ago taped back on
- 1954 cover has nearly ripped off of comic
- Non giant books are all in poor shape and may have detaching or nearly detached pages
- Giant sized are in better shape and solidly bound but do still show heavy wear
- Covers show some tearing as well as evidence of folding and creasing
