Southern California quartet Thrice has been a staple in the alternative/modern-rock world for well over two decades. A band known for effortlessly and continuously releasing groundbreaking records, 2016’s To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere served as the band’s ninth full-length overall and first release following a four year hiatus. Incorporating elements of hard rock, post-hardcore and grunge, To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere proved to be Thrice’s most politically-minded yet vulnerable work to date. The LP climbed to No. 15 on the US Billboard 200 on the strength of the singles “Black Honey” and “Hurricane.”
