The mmf-5 is a wonderful turntable using advanced materials and a unique dual-plinth design to provide additional isolation from external vibrations. The DC motor is ultra-quiet, the glass platter provides excellent stability, and the lightweight tone arm can be coupled with a number of cartridges. This table is flexible and stable. It has been fitted with a brand new Music Hall Spirit cartridge ($120) and a new acrylic mmf dust cover ($80).
