In reasonable condition, freshly serviced by us and ready to ship, this Keio Minipops MP-7 is a classic vintage analogue drum machine from the early 1970s. Built by Keio Electronic Laboratories (who later became Korg), the MP-7 is part of the legendary wooden-box rhythm machine era – warm, punchy, and packed with character.
Most famously used by Jean Michel Jarre for the signature beats on Oxygene (amongst others) – the Minipops 7 remains one of our absolute favourite beat boxes.
It’s a 100v unit so requires a step-down transformer for UK/EU use.
