Pianist Wilhelm Kempff’s classic accounts of three Ludwig van Beethoven Sonatas recorded in September 1964 (Appassionata – No. 23 In F Minor, Op. 57) and January 1965 (Pathetique – No. 8 In C Minor, Op. 13 and Moonlight – No. 14 In C Sharp Minor, Op. 27, No. 2) respectively at Beethovensaal Hall in Hannover, Germany. The celebratedprogram has been mastered from the original sources and comes pressed on 180g heavyweight vinyl with original jackets and liner notes.
