Previous headstock repair is stable, whoever did it sanded off most of the serial number and appears to have replaced the original Gibson logo with an aftermarket decal; it appears the entire headstock, front and back, was refinished. All said, the repair actually looks decent and the replacement Gibson logo can only be spotted in specific lighting.
At some point, the original mini humbuckers were swapped for full sized humbuckers
Frets still have some life
